Job Summary

The Head of Global Markets Operations Continuous Improvement and Small Change is a senior leadership role responsible for driving a structured, disciplined approach to continuous improvement, incremental change, and operational optimization across Global Markets Operations.

The role focuses on delivering high-impact, low-to-medium complexity improvements that enhance efficiency, control, service quality, and scalability across trading, post-trade, clearing, collateral, client, and regulatory operations. This role complements large transformation programs by ensuring ongoing optimization of the operating model.
