Develop and implement effective government relations strategies within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Foster strong relationships with government officials and regulatory authorities. Monitor and analyse policy changes and their potential impact on the life sciences sector. Advocate for the company's objectives in alignment with government policies and regulations. Prepare and present reports on government affairs activities and policy updates to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in industry forums and discussions to represent the company's interests. Provide strategic counsel to the leadership team on government and policy matters. The Successful Applicant
A successful Head Govt Affairs should have:
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. Proven expertise in government relations and regulatory affairs within the healthcare sector. MNC Pharma experience is a must have Excellent understanding of policy development and implementation processes. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and government officials. Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively convey complex information. Educational qualifications in healthcare, public policy, or a related field.
