Head Hostess – Upscale Restaurant
SWOT Hospitality is seeking a polished and experienced Head Hostess to lead our front-of-house reception team in an upscale dining environment. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who excels in guest relations, team leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise the hostess team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest arrivals, reservations, and seating flow.
- Manage reservations and table assignments using an electronic reservation system.
- Maintain accurate wait times and ensure smooth guest flow during service.
- Handle VIP guests, special requests, and guest feedback with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate closely with management, servers, and kitchen teams.
