SWOT Hospitality is seeking a polished and experienced Head Hostess to lead our front-of-house reception team in an upscale dining environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and supervise the hostess team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest arrivals, reservations, and seating flow.
  • Manage reservations and table assignments using an electronic reservation system.
  • Maintain accurate wait times and ensure smooth guest flow during service.
  • Handle VIP guests, special requests, and guest feedback with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate closely with management, servers, and kitchen teams.
