Head Hotel Concierge

The Merrion, one of Dublin's finest luxury hotels is recruiting for an experienced Head Concierge.

Reporting to the Director of Guest Relations, this is a fulltime permanent role based onsite, 39 hours per week. This role is responsible for assisting the Director of Guest Relations in planning, coordinating and directing the operations of the Concierge department, ensuring that all our guests receive the highest level of service before, during and after their stay.

The successful candidate will oversee and manage a team comprising Supervisors, Doormen, and Car Valet Parkers.
