Head HR & Administration ( Senior Manager)

Hykon, a leading multi-crore company engaged in Power Electronics, Solar, Li-ion Battery and Electric Vehicles field, is seeking the following personnel for our Power Electronics Segment. Our product portfolio includes – UPS, Inverters, Servo Stabilizers, Solar water heaters, Lithium Ion Battery packs and Electric Three wheelers.

Qualification: MBA HR / PG in HR Management/ MSW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Enforce manpower budgeting, productivity, and cost control
•  Identify and eliminate idle or redundant roles
•  Drive redeployment or separation based on data
•  Enforce attendance, discipline, and policy compliance
•   Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.)
•  Make ERP the single source of truth (no Excel culture)
•  Control hiring strictly against approved manpower plans
•   Handle exits cleanly, legally, and without delay.
