  • Lead & manage end-to-end HR operations including employee on boarding, payroll, leave & attendance, exit management, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting through HR systems.
  • Drive process automation and digital initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Technology & Transformation:
  • Lead the journey of Tech Transformation partnering with Global HR Tech Team & working closely with HR COEs.
