Role & responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership
- Build the HR framework from the ground up, aligned with business and plant operational goals.
- Drive HR planning for ramp-up phase: hiring, onboarding, policy formulation, and infrastructure setup.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent, people practices, and organizational development.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles; ensure timely ramp-up of skilled and unskilled manpower.
- Liaise with technical institutes and local employment agencies for pipeline creation.
Learning & Development
- Design and implement robust training plans, especially for first-line supervisors, operators, and engineers.
