Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with the company's mission, values, and business objectives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Build and foster a strong, performance-driven, and inclusive organizational culture.
  • Develop and institutionalize scalable HR systems, policies, and processes ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards.
  • Drive core people programs including hiring, onboarding, performance management, goal setting, learning & development, and compensation planning.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all levels of the company.
  • Use data and analytics to measure HR effectiveness and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
