Job Description
The Successful Applicant
a) 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles across geographies
b) Strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices in multi-country environments
c) Proven track record in talent management, leadership development, and employee relations
d) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
e) Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and high emotional intelligence
f) Education: Master's degree or professional HR certification (MBA/MSW preferred)
g) Industry background: Preferably from dairy, perishable foods, agri-tech, agriculture, QSR, FMCG, or D2C startups
Language: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory
