A successful HR Head should have:
A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.Proven expertise in HR management within the energy and natural resources industry.Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance requirements in India.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.Ability to strategise and execute HR initiatives effectively.Experience in managing change and fostering organisational growth.
