• Lead a global IT Infrastructure function across multiple countries, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available services.

• Drive modernization, automation, and continuous improvement across infrastructure, operations, and support processes.
• Manage strategic partners and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Ensure infrastructure readiness for future digital initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions and next-generation data platforms.
• Maintain governance, documentation, and audit-ready processes across incident, change, and problem management.
