About FlatpackCo:

FlatpackCo is transforming how F&B interiors are built and scaled.

We deliver  factory-led, flat-packed interior systems  that replace slow, site-heavy execution with speed, consistency, and predictability—built for multi-city and global rollouts.

What We’re Looking For:

A  business-minded operator  to own the  entire FlatpackCo delivery engine —from lead handover and costing to production coordination, installation, client satisfaction, and P&L ownership.

This role does not run the factory —it runs the system.

Role Snapshot:

• Own end-to-end operations: lead → costing → production coordination → installation → handover
• Full P&L responsibility  for FlatpackCo
• Build and enforce SOPs / COPs / repeatable execution systems
• Manage multi-brand, multi-city, small-to-large scale projects
• Drive cost control, margins, timelines, and quality
• Single point of accountability for delivery & client satisfaction
• Work closely with Design, Sales, Factory partners, and Leadership
• Prepare operations for scale and global expansion

Experience Needed:

• 10+ years in interior fit-out / design-build / modular operations
• Strong project management + commercial understanding
• Experience handling multiple parallel projects across locations
• Exposure to off-site / factory-led / modular systems
• Comfortable owning numbers, people, and outcomes
