A successful Head - Internal Audit should have:
A professional qualification in accounting or auditing (, CA, CIA, or equivalent).Strong expertise in internal audit processes and risk management in the insurance industry, particularly life insurance.Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
