HEAD IR

We are currently looking to hire a dynamic Industrial Relations (IR) Head for a reputed manufacturing company located in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 18–20 years of experience exclusively within the manufacturing sector, with significant exposure to all IR matters and a core HR background.

Key requirements for this role include:

- Accomplishment in handling labor unions.

- Strong understanding of labor laws.

- Significant exposure to statutory documents related to PF, ESI, and other mandatory licenses required to operate a factory.

- Experience in managing union issues across different states.

- Ability to maintain strong relationships with various industrial and governmental agencies.
