Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing - Mandatory
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a heavy engineering/manufacturing environment, with at least 3-5 years in junior managerial role.
  • Hands-on experience with heavy machinery, including large conventional and CNC Lathes, VTLs, Plano millers and HBMs & VMC is essential.
  • Understanding of machining processes.
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, design documents.
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
