Position Purpose

The Head of Manufacturing (site) is a leadership role involved in the planning, coordinating and controlling of manufacturing processes at site. The role is responsible for efficient and timely production by strict monitoring of targeted production as per business plan and also adhering to Quality and EHS norms.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Production process and plan optimum use of available production facilities to ensure on time delivery of products

  • Ensure cost effective production by efficient utilization of manpower, utility, raw materials etc.

  • Report to Site Head on the status of Legal Compliance and apprise him of its implication on business

  • Ensure fulfilment of market/customer requirement by producing right quality of material as per business plan
