Job Description


  1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership:


• Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy for Ethos, aligning with business objectives and sales targets.


• Manage a team of 30+ professionals across digital marketing, Content & Photography, Marcom, PR and events.


• Work closely with luxury brands represented by Ethos to develop customized marketing initiatives aimed at driving sales.


• Lead both short-term and long-term brand-building efforts with a focus on positioning Ethos as the leading luxury watch retailer in India.


• Track luxury market trends and consumer behaviour to adjust strategies and stay competitive in the evolving landscape.



  1. Digital Marketing & Omni-Channel Development:


• Oversee the development and execution of the online-to-offline marketing strategy, generating leads through digital platforms (Meta, Google, email marketing, etc.) and driving them to physical stores through effective customer engagement.


• Build and enhance our omni-channel model, ensuring seamless communication between online lead generation, concierge services, and in-store fulfilment.


• Develop data-driven marketing strategies utilizing analytics and customer insights to optimize marketing performance.


 



  1. Marketing Technology (MarTech) Stack Setup:


• Own the setup, integration, and optimization of the marketing technology stack, including CRM tools, email marketing systems, digital advertising platforms, and other relevant tools.


• Ensure the alignment of marketing technology with lead generation, customer segmentation, and sales tracking initiatives.


• Work with external vendors and technology companies to implement and manage MarTech systems that align with business objectives.


 


     4. Branding & Luxury Communication:


• Ensure all marketing and communication efforts represent Ethos as a premium, luxury brand. Develop and maintain the brand’s voice and positioning, ensuring it aligns with the ethos of the luxury brands we represent.


• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality marketing materials, ensuring consistency in visual and verbal brand identity.


• Distinguish between luxury communication strategies versus mass-market approaches, ensuring a refined and sophisticated presentation across all channels.


 


     5. Event, PR, and Partnership Management:


• Oversee the planning and execution of luxury events and brand collaborations, ensuring alignment with the Ethos brand and its partners.


• Develop strong relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners to increase visibility and brand presence.


• Manage PR strategies to strengthen Ethos’ positioning as a luxury retailer within India and internationally.


 


     6. Sales Alignment & Cross-Department Collaboration:


• Work closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure that marketing initiatives are driving measurable business outcomes, including lead generation, customer conversion, and revenue growth.


• Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure alignment of goals and strategies across various functions, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives.


• Develop reporting and analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
