Job Description
+ The incumbent will be responsible meeting the agreed and committed topline plans for the year for each category / brands and beating market share objectives
+ Driving a P&L (top line and bottom line)
+ Accountable for budgeting, business planning, sales force organization.
+ Maintaining control of operating budget, delivering both top line and bottom line;
+ Direct marketing and sales activities to ensure that short and long range sales volumes and projects are achieved;
+ Collaborating with product development team to implement product modifications or improvements to product line.
+ Life Cycle management which anticipate and serve a customer need/solution approach for brands
