    Job Description

    The key responsibilities include:

    1. Development and implementation of a strategic plan of Medical Education in the different therapeutic areas.

    2. Development and distribution of scientific and clinical material.

    3. Advancement and implementation of a trainer development program.

    4. Measuring effectiveness of the program.

    5. Maintain current knowledge of current and future products.

    6. Support in key initiatives for patient and physician programs.

    The Successful Applicant

    The successful candidate:

  • Strong people manager with experience handling multi-level teams.
  • Proven track record in medical education, training, or medical aesthetics; background in dermatology/medical devices preferred.
  • Exposure to external stakeholder management including aesthetic clinics.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, campaigns, and event management.
  • Process orientation and compliance management.
  • Ability to build and motivate teams, maintain morale, and develop talent.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with HCPs and internal functions.
  • Strategic mindset to scale the company's impact and support commercial growth.
