Based in Living Room Bar, our Head Mixologist will lead the development of cocktails and oversee all bar-related operations. Reporting to the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will assist with leading a team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. 


Responsibilities include: 

  • Develop, design, and maintain seasonal and signature cocktail menus that align with the brand’s identity
