Head MS&T Small Molecules

As Head of MS&T for SM , you'll lead the Small Molecules platform’s MS&T organization, which is responsible to maintain and improve the scientific oversight of the manufacturing processes, technical changes, the relevant technical knowledge,capabilities at the platform and to ensure the product and technical stewardship, across process units / functions at platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

Act as SPOC for Global MS&T head, Small Molecules platform QA head, site heads and site MS&T heads for all MS&T related topics.

• Set objectives and develops vision for MS&T organization of Small Molecules platform
• Establish and maintain MS&T organizational capability and governance processes for Small Molecules platform to ensure products and technologies are within validation and current technology standards.
• Drive and maintain the implementation of the blueprint MS&T organization across the Small Molecules platform.
