Job Description
Own and scale new revenue lines across API-led and affinity (BFSI and non-BFSI) business models, driving both 0→1 creation and 1→N growth.
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for new business verticals, ensuring alignment with overall company growth objectives.
Build and lead strategic partnerships with insurers, NBFCs, consumer brands, and digital health or diagnostic players to create bundled or API-based offerings.
Validate product-market fit through structured pilots, feedback loops, and performance tracking before scaling initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Operations, Marketing, and Risk/Pricing teams to co-create partner-ready solutions.
Develop sales enablement frameworks including playbooks, pricing models, and partnership structures to drive consistent execution.
Establish and manage a high-performing BFSI and affinity partnerships team , fostering experimentation, accountability, and performance excellence.
Own P&L metrics , ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition efficiency (CAC payback within defined limits).
The Successful Applicant
A strategic business builder with 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or revenue leadership within healthtech, fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or other affinity-driven industries.
Has a proven record of launching and scaling new business verticals , ideally with both 0→1 (design and deal) and 1→N (scale and farm) experience.
Brings deep understanding of BFSI and affinity partnerships , including how to structure, price, and operationalize embedded or API-led offerings.
Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and P&L ownership , balancing short-term revenue goals with long-term strategic growth.
Excels at cross-functional leadership , collaborating effectively with product, tech, operations, and marketing teams to drive outcomes.
Possesses a growth and experimentation mindset , able to test, learn, and iterate quickly in a dynamic startup environment.
A natural relationship builder and negotiator , comfortable engaging senior stakeholders across insurers, NBFCs, and enterprise clients.
