    Lead & Inspire: Build, lead, and motivate a 100+ member academic team including subject experts, content developers, reviewers, designers, and program managers.

    ● Execute at Scale: Translate curriculum frameworks into comprehensive, high-quality academic content-textbooks, lesson plans, assessments, digital assets, and teacher training materials.

    ● Ensure Excellence with Discipline: Establish and maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness through strong project management, process discipline, and quality assurance systems.

    ● Optimize for Outcomes: Use classroom observations, teacher and school feedback, and student learning data to refine content, ensuring superior in-class implementation and improved student learning outcomes.

    ● Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with leadership, product, and technology teams to ensure academic programs are effectively integrated and scalable.

    ● Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement systems and processes to enhance quality, operational efficiency, and innovation within the academic organization.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Head of Academics should have:

  • Proven experience in managing large teams
  • Strong academic pedigree
  • Significant exposure in designing and scaling educational programs (Exposure with managing higher education curriculum will be preferred)
  • Deep understanding of K-12 pedagogy and content design across multiple subjects.
  • Strong operational execution discipline and process design capabilities.
  • Excellent people management, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology and AI for academic design and operations.
  • Ability to balance academic depth with practical execution and scalability
