This is a full-time on-site position located in Gurugram for the role of Head of Academics. The Head of Academics will lead the academic department in designing, reviewing, and ensuring the effective implementation of the curriculum. Responsibilities include managing teaching staff, conducting training programs, evaluating educational standards, and maintaining the quality of academic delivery. The role requires ensuring compliance with educational guidelines, fostering innovation in teaching methods, and promoting the holistic development of students.

• Expertise in Curriculum Design, Instructional Strategy, and implementing modern teaching methodologies.
• Team leadership, mentorship, and staff management experience.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and faculty effectively.
• Advanced knowledge of educational policies and pedagogical standards.
• Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field is required.
• At least 8-10 years of teaching and leadership experience in a reputed school environment.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and technology integration in learning is a strong advantage.
