Position Overview: The Head of Access Services and Technology provides leadership, vision and strategic direction for the Carleton College Library Access Services department. The primary responsibilities are to lead all aspects of the Access Services department and to lead the application of technology in departmental and library-wide services and operations. Carleton College Library is a member of the Bridge Consortium with St. Olaf College Libraries; as a member, the Head of Access Services and Technology collaborates with peers at both libraries on Bridge-related projects.
