Preparation and monitoring of the annual budge

Cost Control and Analysis of budget deviation

Monthly account closing and account reconciliatio

Coordination and support in the annual audi

Management of relationships with banks, external auditors, and tax advisor

Complete management of the payment cycle and treasur

Management and payment of sales commission

Control of credit limits and management of delinquencie

Contract administratio

Regular financial reporting to parent company
