JOB MISSION
You will be responsible for the overall economic and financial management of the German subsidiary, ensuring budgetary control, the reliability of financial information, and compliance with the group's reporting standards, acting as a key liaison between the subsidiary and the headquarters.
MAIN FUNCTION S- Management and coordination of the finance departmen
- Preparation and monitoring of the annual budge
- Cost Control and Analysis of budget deviation
- Monthly account closing and account reconciliatio
- Coordination and support in the annual audi
- Management of relationships with banks, external auditors, and tax advisor
- Complete management of the payment cycle and treasur
- Management and payment of sales commission
- Control of credit limits and management of delinquencie
- Contract administratio
- Regular financial reporting to parent company
