Position: Head of Administration (Ex-JCO Preferred)

Location:  Pune, Maharashtra

Our operations require  high standards of discipline, safety, compliance, and administrative control  across large office facilities.

We are inviting applications from  Ex-Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs)  who bring  strong leadership, discipline, and operational control experience  to manage our Pune office administration.



  • Key Responsibilities-


    Command & Administrative Control

    • Act as  Administrative In-Charge  of the Pune facility

    • Maintain  discipline, order, and professional conduct  within office premises

    • Ensure  strict adherence to company rules, protocols, and administrative SOPs  by all employees, vendors, and visitors

    Security & Access Management

    • Full responsibility for  security operations , including:

      • Entry and exit control

      • ID card compliance and access authorization

      • Prevention of tailgating and unauthorized movement

    • Supervise security guards and ensure alertness, turnout, and protocol compliance

    • Handle and report  security incidents, violations, or suspicious activities

    Safety, Vigilance & Incident Control

    • Implement and monitor  workplace safety measures , emergency response procedures, and evacuation drills

    • Act as the  first responder and incident controller  for administrative and safety-related issues

    • Conduct routine inspections, surprise checks, and audits to ensure compliance

    Housekeeping & Facility Discipline

    • Command and control  housekeeping and facility staff  to ensure:

      • Cleanliness

      • Hygiene

      • Orderly office environment

    • Ensure duty rosters, punctuality, turnout, and performance of support staff

    Discipline & Protocol Enforcement

    • Enforce compliance related to:

      • ID card usage

      • Visitor movement

      • Office discipline and decorum

      • Safety and emergency protocols

    • Coordinate with HR and leadership on  administrative discipline matters

    Vendor & Staff Management

    • Manage security and housekeeping vendors

    • Ensure vendor personnel adhere to company standards, discipline, and conduct

    • Conduct periodic performance reviews and corrective actions

    Reporting & Coordination

    • Maintain records and submit regular reports on:

      • Security and safety incidents

      • Administrative compliance

      • Facility observations and risks

    • Liaise with leadership, HR, and operations teams



Requirements

Eligibility & Preferred Profile

  • Ex-Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO)  from the Indian Armed Forces

  • Minimum  10–15 years of service experience  with exposure to:

    • Administration

    • Security

    • Discipline management

  • Strong leadership presence and ability to command civilian and vendor teams

  • High level of integrity, alertness, and situational awareness

  • Physically fit and capable of handling on-ground administrative duties
