Key Responsibilities:

Student Admissions & Counselling

  • Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of the school’s programmes and courses to prospective students and parents.
  • Counsel students and parents on admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
  • Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed applications while achieving assigned admission targets.
  • Conduct interviews, review student applications, and track admission status through each stage of the process.
  • Provide continuous support to parents and students throughout the admissions journey.

Admissions Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with the Principal and Manager – Admissions to support informed admission decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions data, reports, and records as per prescribed formats and guidelines.
  • Update and manage admissions software, ensuring timely follow-ups and process compliance.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Accounts, Transport, Canteen, and Administration to ensure seamless onboarding of new students.

Marketing, Communication & Outreach

  • Organise and conduct school tours for prospective parents and students.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events such as IB seminars and open houses.
  • Assist in the development and coordination of school promotional materials, including brochures and presentations.
  • Update and manage the school website and social media platforms with admissions-related content.
  • Prepare, coordinate, format, and circulate the weekly school newsletter to the École community.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Organise and facilitate the creation and distribution of ID cards for students, parents, and staff.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned to support admissions and school operations.
