The Opportunity
We are an AI engineering firm shipping high-velocity, end-to-end systems. We have the product delivery solved; now we need the revenue architect.
This is a greenfield opportunity for a technical seller to inherit a high-performing engineering team and build the sales engine from scratch. You will not just \"do sales\"; you will define our Go-To-Market strategy using hyper-automated tools.
The Role: \"The Engineering-Sales Hybrid\"
We are looking for a rare profile: A Technical Hunter . You need to be able to open the terminal to check a script, and then jump on a Zoom to close a $50k deal with a non-technical CEO.
Your Mission:
- Architect the Outbound Engine: You will own our Valley (LinkedIn Automation) and email infrastructure. You won't just \"press play\"; you will A/B test messaging, iterate on technical hooks, and build a machine that generates qualified demos while you sleep.
- Consultative Closing: Our clients have complex problems. You will diagnose their technical bottlenecks (latency, hallucinations, workflow inefficiencies) and prescribe our engineering solutions.
- The Feedback Loop: You are the bridge between the market and the code. You will tell the engineering team what features are blocking $100k deals.
The \"Must-Haves\" (Non-Negotiables)
- The $1M Benchmark: You have personally closed $1M+ in ARR/Service Revenue in the last 12 months. We need a closer, not an account manager.
- Engineering Fluency: You must have a background in software (CS degree, Bootcamp, or former Dev). You need to comfortably explain APIs, LLM Architecture, and Data Pipelines to a CTO.
- Automation Native: Manual outreach is a failure state. You are an expert in Valley, Clay, or SmartLead . You understand how to use AI agents to personalize outreach at scale.
- Deal Mechanics: Experience closing deals ranging from $20k to $100k+ . You know how to navigate procurement and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

- Outreach: Valley (LinkedIn), SmartLead/Instantly (Email).
- Enrichment: Clay / Custom Python Scripts.
- CRM: HubSpot (or your choice).
