Head of AI Solutions, CH

As Head of AI Solutions at Vector8, you will lead Swiss client engagements from a technical perspective, delivering innovative AI solutions in the insurance and banking sectors. You will build and manage a team based in Switzerland, working closely with pre-sales and client-facing teams to understand and solve complex challenges. The role involves travel to engage with clients and teams, ensuring successful project delivery and fostering strong client relationships.

Working alongside client executives and delivery leads, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable, robust AI solutions for our clients across our core industries and domains.

Job requirements

• Proficient in both German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages (knowledge of French is an advantage).
