  • Build product level analytics for tracking conversion funnel, platform performance & identify actionable insights
  • Build customer transaction level analytics for tracking key leading KPIs & generate actionable insights by combining with qualitative inputs from the partners
  • Deliver standardized suite of metrics, reports, and dashboards on a consistent cadence
  • Monitor market trends and competition and work with product marketing and product management to respond in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Solve business problems via product development & marketing and aid the decision-making process by using predictive modelling on internal and external data
  • Work closely with the business/product teams to enable data driven decision making.
