Head of Artificial Intelligence

Grapes Worldwide is a global marketing and technology agency working with leading brands across regions and industries. We operate at the intersection of creativity, technology, and scale, and are actively building AI-powered platforms to embed intelligence into workflows, automation, and productized solutions.

We are hiring a Head of AI Systems and Prompt Architecture to own and build the intelligence layer of our AI-powered platforms.

This is a senior, hands-on role focused on designing prompt systems, AI workflows, and agent behavior at a production level. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to ensure AI systems are reliable, scalable, and deeply integrated into platform capabilities.

• Own prompt architecture and AI system behavior across platforms
• Build and maintain production-grade AI workflows for image, video, and multimodal generation
• Design and manage ComfyUI-based pipelines and similar workflow systems
• Develop reusable prompt frameworks, presets, and modules
• Design and optimize LLM-based agents used in platform workflows
• Define how context, memory, tools, and instructions flow through AI systems
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams on AI integrations
• Continuously test, evaluate, and improve AI output quality and reliability

• AI system behavior and intelligence across platforms
• Prompt standards, frameworks, and versioned libraries
• Workflow orchestration and system-level AI design
• Evaluation frameworks for AI performance and quality
• Planning for model upgrades and new integrations

• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering in production systems
• Strong understanding of generative models across image, video, text, and multimodal use cases
• Experience with ComfyUI workflows or similar orchestration frameworks
• Experience building or configuring LLM-based agents
• Strong understanding of AI workflows, automation, and system design
• Ability to work closely with engineers on implementation details
• Systems-level thinking and strong problem-solving skills
