Head of AI Systems and Prompt Architecture

Location: Remote, Global

We are hiring a Head of AI Systems and Prompt Architecture to design and own the intelligence layer of our AI-powered platform. This is a critical, hands-on role for someone who deeply understands how AI systems actually work in production. You will be responsible for how prompts, workflows, agents, and models come together to create reliable, scalable, and high-quality behavior across the platform. This role works very closely with the Head of Product and AI Systems, engineering leadership, and AI teams, and has real ownership over how the platform thinks, reasons, and evolves.
