About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development to lead growth across our Digital Engineering and Talent Solutions businesses. This role owns new customer acquisition, market expansion, and the Inside Sales/BDR engine that builds a strong, predictable pipeline for Mastech Digital.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategy for net‑new logo acquisition and expansion into priority markets.
Lead and scale the Inside Sales / SDR function to deliver high‑quality pipeline.
Develop targeted outreach campaigns showcasing our Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, and Talent capabilities.
Build and manage hunting strategies for enterprise prospecting and new account penetration.
Ensure clean pipeline governance, CRM discipline, and accurate sales forecasting.
