Head of Business Development

Overview

The Company is in search of a strategic Head of Business Development to spearhead its core growth and land-bank optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing asset optimization strategies, conducting in-depth commercial viability analyses, and leading the identification and negotiation of high-stakes strategic alliances. This role demands a senior professional with a minimum of 12 years' of experience in business development, investment, or property development, and at least 5 years' in a senior leadership position.
