About the Role
This is a leadership role, not a front-desk job and not a generic sales position.
We’re looking for a high-energy, business-minded Studio Business Manager who can run our premium fitness studios like their own business. Someone who understands sales, people management, operations, and customer experience—and knows how to bring all of it together to drive growth.
You’ll be the face of the studio, the leader of the team, and the owner of results.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Business & Revenue Growth
- Own studio sales targets, memberships, renewals, and upsells
- Convert walk-ins, leads, and inquiries into paying premium clients
- Create and execute strategies to increase footfall and monthly revenue
- Track performance metrics and take corrective actions proactively
Team Leadership & Management
- Manage, mentor, and motivate trainers, front-desk, and operations staff
- Ensure team discipline, productivity, and high performance
- Lead by example with strong on-floor presence
- Maintain a positive, energetic, high-ownership culture
Premium Client Experience
- Personally handle premium and high-value clients
- Build strong long-term relationships with members
- Ensure exceptional service standards and client satisfaction
- Resolve escalations with confidence and professionalism
Studio Operations & Backend
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations and workflows
- Ensure smooth scheduling, coordination, reporting, and follow-ups
- Maintain operational efficiency and attention to detail
- Ensure studio standards, processes, and brand experience are upheld
Ownership & Business Thinking
- Think like a business owner, not just an employee
- Identify gaps, opportunities, and growth ideas
- Take complete accountability for studio performance
Who Should Apply (Clear Requirements)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in:
- Fitness industry OR
- Team management + sales-driven business roles
- Proven sales experience with strong conversion skills
- Experience handling premium / high-value clients
- Strong people management and leadership capability
- Excellent communication skills – confident, articulate, and professional
- Highly presentable, polished, and customer-facing
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Location Requirement (Mandatory)
- Must reside within a 5 km radius of Juhu or Bandra
- On-ground, full-time presence required at the studio
