Qualifications
- Oversee business performance for Entain’s German and Austrian markets
- Design and implement performance management frameworks and KPIs
- Monitor metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas
- Identify, propose, and validate high-impact commercial initiatives
- Act as the commercial integrator and lead cross-functional teams to implement performance improvements
- Ensure that operational execution aligns with long-term strategic objectives, bridging the gap between planning and action
Qualifications
- Previous P&L or budget management experience
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive performance
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building business cases and delivering commercial initiatives
- Fluent in German and English
- Prior experience in the German market is advantageous
