Funding Success: Achieve 95%+ success rate on AWS funding applications with average application time within 2 business days
Engineering Excellence: Establish technical standards that ensure all solutions are built for reusability, implement comprehensive documentation practices, and create knowledge sharing frameworks that accelerate team capability development and solution delivery speed
New Service Development: Launch and scale 3+ new cloud service offerings generating €200K+ annual recurring revenue (Well‐Architected Review services, Migration offerings, AWS Marketplace solutions, Cloud Reselling programmes)
