Your role and work environment:

The Head of Compliance leads the compliance team to ensure the organization remains fully compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role is critical in safeguarding the integrity of ING Bank Spain & Portugal, ensuring effective management of compliance risk, and promoting ING’s business principles in both strategic planning and daily operations. The position reports hierarchically to the CRO of ING Bank Spain & Portugal and functionally to the Global Head of Compliance Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting of the Global Compliance function of ING Group.
