🧑‍💻 YOUR ROLE

• Own the end-to-end prompt and conversational ai engineering strategy across all AI products, ensuring consistently accurate, reliable, and high-quality model outputs.
• Design, develop, and continuously optimize production-grade prompt systems for complex, real-world use cases.
• Define and maintain quality benchmarks by rigorously testing prompts against QC outputs and performance metrics.
• Lead structured experimentation and A/B testing to systematically improve prompt effectiveness, accuracy, and robustness.
• Manager a talented set of Conversational AI Engineers alongwith mentoring and guiding them, setting a high bar for quality, innovation and growth.
