Own the

end-to-end prompt and conversational ai engineering strategy

across all AI products, ensuring consistently accurate, reliable, and high-quality model outputs.
Design, develop, and continuously optimize

production-grade prompt systems

for complex, real-world use cases.
Define and maintain

quality benchmarks

by rigorously testing prompts against QC outputs and performance metrics.
Lead structured

experimentation and A/B testing

to systematically improve prompt effectiveness, accuracy, and robustness.
