About Artha Group

Artha Group is a performance-first investment house managing ₹1,500 crores across domestic and international investment vehicles, including Category I & II AIFs, LLPs, and Private Limited companies. With active investments in 130+ startups, with 32+ successful exits, and 10+ renewable energy projects. We operate at the convergence of capital precision and operational depth.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Head of Corporate Communications to craft and elevate Artha’s presence across media, partnerships, and strategic narratives. This is not a social media execution role. It’s a high-context, brand-forward leadership mandate that blends editorial rigor, event IPs, earned media strategy, and ecosystem influence.

You will act as the voice and guardian of Artha’s brand across all public channels—curating content that shapes perception, attracts the right stakeholders, and positions us as a category-defining venture house. You will work closely with the founder, senior leadership, PR teams, media outlets, and internal content creators to orchestrate communication that moves markets and minds.

  • Define how Artha shows up in the ecosystem: voice, tone, visuals, and impact.

Press, PR & Media Visibility

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial media, industry journals, and ecosystem reporters.
  • Secure regular coverage across traditional and digital outlets through thoughtful pitch strategies.
  • Draft high-quality press materials, Q&As, op-eds, and leadership quotes that elevate the brand.

Events, IPs & Brand Activations

  • Conceptualize with investor relations team - ecosystem-facing events, thought leadership summits, and intimate investor gatherings.
  • Collaborate with event, design, and partnerships teams to bring brand moments to life with precision.
  • Own storytelling for these events - before, during, and after.

Written & Editorial Oversight

  • Supervise and contribute to long-form content such as whitepapers, blogs, and founder letters.
  • Partner with the social media associate and internal content team to align messaging across touchpoints.
  • Bring a journalist’s eye to everything—tight language, clear structure, and strong headlines.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead external agency relationships across PR, content, and brand.
  • Work closely with the founder and functional heads to understand what needs to be said—and how best to say it.
  • Ensure all communication ladders back to business goals and brand vision.

Team Leadership And Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing content and community team, including writers, content creators, event coordinators, and podcast/video specialists.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team, empowering them to take ownership of their domains and deliver at the highest levels of quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functional to ensure alignment between content initiatives and business objectives.

Required Experience & Traits

  • Strong writing and editing skills across formats
  • Experience working with media, analysts, and agency partners
  • High creative and strategic IQ: you can zoom in and out, from a single tweet to a keynote narrative
  • Gravitas, polish, and professional maturity

  • Fixed Annual Salary: ₹32,00,000
