The Head of Creative will lead the creative vision across our retail business, spanning two distinct brands and three store formats. This role ensures each brand shows up clearly and consistently while working from a shared strategic foundation. You will be responsible for elevating creative quality across campaigns, digital, instore and content, ensuring creativity drives both brand strength and commercial performance.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Define and own the creative vision and standards across two retail brands and three store formats
- Act as brand guardian for both brands, ensuring clarity, consistency and distinctiveness
- Lead, inspire and develop a multidisciplinary creative team across design, copy, photography and videography
