We’re supporting a fast-growing biotech scale-up that develops predictive digital twins for biopharmaceutical process development and manufacturing. Their technology combines mechanistic modeling and machine learning to help biopharma teams optimise cell culture processes, improve product quality, and reduce experimental effort.

To strengthen their customer-facing delivery and scale their impact, they are now looking for a Head of Customer Solutions (m/f/d) to take ownership of customer projects and technical solution delivery across their client base.

This role sits at the intersection of data science, bioprocess understanding, and customer engagement.
