We’re partnering with a large, globally operating technology-led organisation to appoint a Global Head of Cyber Defense Centre.

This role sits at the centre of the company’s cybersecurity capability and is responsible for leading a mature, 24/7 cyber defense and security operations function spanning both IT and OT environments. The scope is genuinely global, with teams distributed across regions and time zones, and a remit that combines strategic direction with real operational ownership.

The successful candidate will set the long-term vision for the Cyber Defense Centre while ensuring day-to-day security monitoring, detection, and incident response operate seamlessly at scale.
