Head of Data Centre Construction – Madrid

Linum Consult’s client is an international design and build main contractor, specialising in the construction of large commercial and industrial facilities for international blue‑chip clients. They are currently seeking a Country Manager from an EPC turnkey construction background to oversee their Data Centre division across Europe, based in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the performance, design development, and client satisfaction from pre‑construction through to project completion
• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary international teams, managing the technical and commercial elements, and playing a pivotal role in maintaining and growing client relationships
