Head of DevOps

• 5+ years of experience leading an IT, operations, NOC or cloud team – must.• 5+ years of experience in system and/or cloud administration – must.• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, including knowledge of Linux systems requiring the use of languages like python and shell – must.• Experience in cloud environments and deployment, preferably AWS – must• Solid understanding of current web and internet technologies like Apache, Tomcat, CDN, DNS – must• Knowledge using containers and orchestration (CI/CD) – must;• Experience in setting up clustered databases and multi-region applications.• Experience in automation processes and tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Bash and Git.• Experience with: Virtualization and containers, Load balancers, firewalls, and VPNs. Web/application servers – Apache, Nginx, Tomcat and Monitoring systems.
