Location – Gurgaon
Key Expectations – This is a Business driving role and requires an entrepreneur’s mindset to use all avenues of Digital Marketing to drive Revenue for Direct Digital business through This includes Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing and judicious use of budgets to optimize the cost of business acquisition with a clear vision of RoIe in the short term or long term. It requires excellent analytical abilities to drive key metrics of audience outreach, funnel optimization, lead management, retargeting and website analytics, UI UX, SEO, GEO and other relevant metrics
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Marketing
- Maintain mix of marketing budget across various paid lead generation avenues like Google, Bing, FB etc. Monitor performance of various platforms to ensure we remain competitive in the market, and get high quality leads at optimal costs
- Efficient retargeting of existing data of customers and leads to generate high quality leads through engagement and remarketing
Brand marketing
- Establish and promote Care Insurance brand as a trusted and service oriented brand and improve brand recall and preference among its peer group.
- Use Social Media channels to target correct demography and market Care Brand and Products
Lead Conversion Optimization through Analytics
- Using analytics to optimize sales conversion of the leads acquired through various platforms like google search or digital marketing campaigns
- Deep dive into the customer data to see points of leakages and how they can be plugged and more customers can be engaged
- Review Contact Centre data to maximize conversion through correct campaign management and treatment of leads
UIUX and Digital Product Management
- Meeting Business objectives by optimizing website design and online customer journey for improved conversions and customer engagement
- Rethink website content to establish trust with the customer, enable easy discovery of suited product plans and seamlessly transact on the platform
SEO/GEO
- Drive the SEO and GEO strategy to optimize website performance on search and AI platforms go generate high quality leads
- Drive engagement on social media and community forums to optimize presence on AI platforms
- Drive PR strategy to get the right mindshare and presence on Social Media and AI platforms to have a positive brand image vis a vis peers
MEASURE OF SUCCESS
- Steady Increase in the leads generated from visiting customers on website
- Steady increase in % conversion of such leads to customers of Health and Travel insurance
- Overall increase in the Revenue from such sales

- Creative Content curation, research capabilities to build CHI as an dominant brand in its category
- Keen understanding of consumer behavior and ability to enhance brand recall through right strategies
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Mandatory: B.Tech (IIT) and MBA (Tier 1 Institute).
- Proven excellence in Ecommerce companies driving business targets
- Previous stint as an entrepreneur in the ecommerce space is an added advantage
