Job Summary
K. R. Mangalam University is seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead and scale its digital presence, student acquisition, and brand reputation across digital platforms. The role demands deep expertise in SEO, Online Reputation Management (ORM), and Paid Media (PPC) , along with leadership capability to manage teams and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with admissions, branding, and enrollment goals.
Lead and mentor in-house digital teams (SEO, performance marketing, content, social media).
Manage external agencies and vendors for performance and quality output.
Set clear KPIs, budgets, and ROI benchmarks across all digital channels.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Own organic growth strategy for university websites, program pages, and landing pages.
Drive rankings for high-intent keywords related to admissions, courses, and programs.
Ensure technical SEO, on-page optimization, content SEO, and backlink strategy.
Monitor website health, traffic, conversions, and SEO analytics.
Online Reputation Management (ORM)
Manage and enhance the university’s online brand reputation across Google Reviews, Quora, education portals, forums, and social platforms.
Create SOPs for review generation, response management, and crisis handling.
Monitor brand mentions, sentiment analysis, and negative feedback mitigation.
Collaborate with PR and student services teams to resolve escalations.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing (PPC)
Lead paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, You Tube, Linked In, and other platforms.
Optimize campaigns for leads, cost per acquisition (CPA), and enrollment conversion.
Oversee landing page performance, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Manage large advertising budgets with strong focus on ROI and scalability.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads dashboards, CRM, etc.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.
Use data insights to continuously optimize campaigns and strategies.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Admissions, Academics, Content, PR, and IT teams.
Support campaign planning for admissions cycles, open days, exams, and new program launches.
Align digital efforts with offline marketing and brand communication.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong hands-on expertise in SEO, ORM, and PPC
